Introduction of Corn Germ Oil

Corn germ oil is a kind of new type healthcare oil developed in recent years. Common corn seeds contain 4%-5% of the oil, and 85% is in the germs, which are mechanically extruded and leached to extract crude corn germ oil. Essential germ oil is got after decolonization and deodorization for food and medical use.

Corn germ oil is of good quality known for its high nutrition, more than 10 kinds of fatty acid, substantial unsaturated fatty acid and Vitamin A, E, only inferior to safflower and sunflower oil, but superior to soybean, peanut and colza oil.
