Clients must make a complete investigation for technical capacity of the factory, totally clear about the contract before signing the order. All dry technology of corn processing line exists big risks that lack of experience of the technician will lead to:
1.It is not beneficial with a high yield but low quality.
2.Multi products processing line has more risks than grits and flour line, for example, impure germ, stuck in the expeller or failure in pressing oil. The oil plant will not accept unqualified products which will only be sold as feed. It will get negative value with cost of equipments and power.
3.It outputs no more than 30% of grits without quality flour that can not be extracted mixed with root caps, which on the contrary contaminates most of the quality flour.
4.The endosperm is mixed with whole germ when polished. The polisher has to be pressed to guarantee quality of the grits, which results in high extracting of flour. The quality flour is hard to be extracted. The materials at last can only descend to feeds.
