1、Blowing-in heating system:
The air for drying into the equipment is the clean air after primarily effective filtration. The primarily effective filter adopts nonwovens. The resistance: ≤25mmH2O. It is mainly used to prevent the winged insects to enter the tower and filtrate the common dust in the air and prevent the product pollution.
Steam exchanger: the main heating process adopts steam to complete the temperature rise period to meet the heat requirements of the whole system with its enough heat. The heat exchanger adopts seamless pipe with aluminum fin around the outside. It has the characteristics of high heat exchanging rate.
2、Drying system:
They drying system is made up of the hot air pipeline, the main engine body, the insulating layer, the discharging pipe and the observation cleaning door. The clean air exchanged by the heat exchanger enters into the fluidized bed through hot air pipeline, and is discharged with moisture after it has the heat exchange with the material through the screen. Control the material’s standing time by adjusting the amplitude of the vibration motor. The observation cleaning door on the cover of the fluidized bed is used to observe the drying condition to make the material discharging more convenient and meet the technical requirements. The thermal insulation material adopts superfine extra-fine glass wool. The unilateral thickness is 50mm,with good thermal insulation effect. To ensure the product’s clarity, the screen and the discharging pipe adopt stainless steel SUS304. The steal is flat and clean after the precision polishing process. It does not absorb any material and is easily cleaned. The welding joint is flat and smooth after the precision polishing process.
3、Material receiving system:
The material with big gravity and big granule discharges continuously through the discharge hole of the fluidized bed. The fines enter into the cyclone separator to receive material. The rate of yield reaches 99.5% above. It is convenient to discharge without dust.
