Corn Oil Expelling machine

　　Working principle:

　　The fine germs are fried in automatic rotating pan at 200℃ for 30min .It reaches 2-4% when finished.The husks turn yellowy and shrink.Then cool the germs till 60-80℃ and put them to spiral pressor with the screw adjusted at 170℃.It begins to squeeze oil when the machine head is at 80—90℃ and electric current is within18—24A.The crude oil stays at 70-80℃,stirred with 6% hot saline to dephosphorize and filtered in centrifugal machine.Then it is kept stirring with 16%60℃ hot saline for 10-15min and settled down for 120min.Water and Impurities are discharged from bottom valve while the germ oil left in tank is heated to 120℃ and kept agitating for 10-15min before it is pumped into filtering tank with emathlite to decolor in the proportion of 1:20.Then the roily oil is recycled when the bottom valve is opened.The clean oil is discharge to finished products tank.

　　The oil expeller is authenticated and promoted by national Agricultural Department.

　　It has achieve many patents.

　　Oil output is 3-5% higher than three or four grades.

　　Diverse pressing methods: cold& heat press. It can be selected according to different regions. The barrel is structured in 5/6/7/8 grades, which automatically crush, flake, press germs and output oil at one time.

　　The bevel gear reduces load and power consumption, saving 30-50% of the electricity compared with traditional oil expeller and extending life span for 8-10 years.

　　It is configurated with national standard motor and smart auto oil-scrap separation refiner.
