　　Working Principle:

　　According to the structure of various beans and the features of bean  endosperm and its skin, we designed this bean processing plant. It realizes the  value of bean processing from bean cleaning, bean color sorting, bean peeling,  bean kernels making and bean flour milling.

　　From unprocessed soybeans to the fine soybeans, peeled soybean kernels, soybean grits and soybean flour, it needs the following sections and soybean processing equipments:

• 　　First, to get fine and clean soybeans, we use the screen, destoner machine and magnetic separator to process.
• 　　Second, to separate the moldy kernels, shriveled beans and foreign species of beans, we can use the color sorter.
• 　　Third, to peel and brush soybeans, we can use soybean peeling machine and brushing machine.
• 　　Fourth, to grind soybeans, we adopt professional soybean grinder or soybean mill.
