Uganda 5TPH Pulses Cleaning Plant

　　Pulses cleaning plant with color sorter Installation and commissioning :

　　Our engineers went to Uganda last month to help our customer build this bean cleaning line. This bean processing line can produce polished and graded beans.It is widely used in food and grain processing enterprises. And the core equipment has obtained the national patents.

　　Working Principle :

　　Pulses Cleaning Plantis an automatic bean processing line integrated with cleaning, destoning, selecting, brushing, grading, color sorting and winnowing processes.

　　It mainly includes the following machines:Elevator, destoner, air screen cleaner, magnetic separator, gravity separator, grading machine, polishing machine, color sorter, packaging machine, etc

　　Pulses cleaning line in Uganda is in double layer steel structure. It uses electric centralized control system, up to continuous automatic operation.

　　Bean cleaning section: it adopts two screening sections, two destoning sections, one magnetic separation section, and removes the big, small and light impurities, pebbles and magnetic material from the beans to ensure the quality of the end products.

　　Bean color sorting section: it adopts the color sorter to separate the moldy kernels, shriveled beans and foreign species of beans according to the color and luster feature of the beans.

　　Brushing: it can separate the micro bran and dust which adheres to the material surface.

　　Grading section: it adopts different screens and classify the material into different grades according to the size.

　　Measuring and packaging section:storage can reduce the amount of labor used. Measuring can be artificial or electronic.
