1. Serious collision of sieve chest and the bracket when you start the machine. Tighten up the nuts.
2. Collision of sieve chest and limiter when you start the machine . loosen the nuts; change rubber gaskets and regulate eccentric block of the plansifter.
3. Serious vibration of sieve chest and bracket, big noise. Regulate eccentric block of the plansifter and reduce vibration.
4. Shaking steel wire, vibrating sieve chest. Adjust height of the steel wire; adjust clearance between2-3mm.
